Founded in 1897 by the Salem Quarter of the Religious Society of Friends, Friends Village at Woodstown is guided in its philosophy and practices by the teachings, beliefs and traditions of our Quaker founders. Friends Village at Woodstown is a nonprofit, mission-driven organization providing comprehensive housing and dignified, flexible healthcare for older adults of moderate means. We are dedicated to serving their personal and community needs and encouraging their active participation in the broader society, while enabling them to be fully involved in decisions concerning their care.
