MICHAEL HENEGHAN SELECTED NEW CEO OF FRIENDS VILLAGE AT WOODSTOWN
WOODSTOWN, NJ – The Board of Trustees of Friends Village at Woodstown is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Heneghan as the Chief Executive Officer of Friends Village, effective April 25, 2018. Michael will succeed Daniel Murray, who previously served in the role for three years before accepting the Chief Executive Officer position at another Quaker-directed Continuing Care Retirement Community in Pennsylvania. Craig Petry served as interim Chief Executive Officer since Mr. Murray’s departure in January. “It is my pleasure to congratulate Michael as he transitions into his new role at Friends Village. I have enjoyed working with him and admire him for the many talents he brings to the organization. Friends Village will be in excellent hands,” said Craig.
Michael has previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at Friends Village at Woodstown, gaining respect from staff, residents, family members, and visitors alike. He has over 20 years experience in Senior Living both in roles as a CEO and CFO. His vision and accomplishments make him a perfect fit to guide Friends Village at Woodstown into a successful future.

Michael is a resident of Havertown, Pennsylvania where he lives with his wife, Mary, and their five children.
